The Restylers Re-use, Re-cycle and Re-invent!
The Restylers targets an audience passionate about the environment and poised to take action to save the planet and save money. They take old items and create bold new looks in home and personal fashions. This group wants and needs to be involved with the conservation of resources but are in many ways less prepared to do it than the previous generation- they just need to get some inspiration, discover the tools and get a bit of know-how. The ideas, instruction and passion for reinventing just about everything comes from The Restylers.
The Restylers take raw, recycled and used ingredients, make a plan, instruct the build to complete easy and fun projects. The Restylers will engage their audience to change the hearts and minds of their peers through their passion for the projects.
Unlike remodeling shows, The Restylers find useable items from unusual sources; turn a snowboard into a coffee-table, old CD's into a room divider or sew a concert t-shirt into a messenger bag. They may craft a piece of jewelry or create a movement for a college campus to go Green.
From thrift shop finds to wearable art, The Restylers will find, refinish and retool every kind of item into something useable, unique and truly cool.
